The Pavilion is 3,700+ square feet of open air covered area offering many options for all ceremony and reception activities.
The Octagon is a rustic log structure with a rock fire pit. It is designed for the groom pre-ceremony and s’mores after dinner.
The Bridal Suite is a cute mini-cottage in the trees designed as a private and restful oasis for the bride and bride’s maids.
Wedding Photos may be taken anywhere on the 40 acre farm. Backdrops include The Orchard, the Chehalis Valley, Mt. Rainier, 1889 craftsman home, 1905 barn, log swing, horses, old fences and territorial views.
Engagement Photo shoots may be taken at Sunshine Hill Farm at no additional charge.
We can recommend and help you find a caterer, DJ, florist and photographer. In-house DJ available.
We consult with you for your design and layout.
Chairs and tables are included and are setup for you upon your arrival.
Hundreds of Edison lights hang in the trees surrounding the Pavilion and pathways.
Three wooden farm tables, six wine barrels and a large sandwich chalk board.
A sound system for background music, announcements and ceremony microphones.
Three stall, luxury restroom trailer with air conditioning and music.
If it rains, we help transition table and chairs from ceremony to reception.
We start and manage the fire in the Octagon and provide the wood.
One hour rehearsal included during the week prior to your wedding.
Rental period: 8:00 am to 11:00 pm.
Leave your garbage after the event in bags we provide.
Pets may be approved for the ceremony.
